IQAC initiated to conduct FDP/workshop/seminar/Extension Lecture/Certificate Course /
Campaign for the development of students, teaching and non-teaching staffs. For this purpose,
time to time IQAC provide suggestions to the principal. On the basis of the suggestions provided
by IQAC, she provides instructed to the HOD or concern person to conduct the listed events.
SPTTCB conducted listed FDP/seminar/orientation/ induction programs/ Skill Development
Programas per suggestion of IQAC, some of these events were also organized as per UGC and
NCTE guidelines. The Institute provides support to faculties who wish to attend FDP/Seminar/
workshop/ Extension Lecture outside the college. It is mandatory for all faculties to attend
internal FDP/Seminars. Institute also conducted national and state level seminars, these seminars
were conducted by the concern committee of the college as suggested in IQAC meetings. This
committee also expects support from all faculties and staff in conducting these programs. Their
involvement also ensured the enhancement of their competencies by organizing, attending, and
contributing in international, national and regional level seminars, workshops and conferences.
Many faculty also attended online FDP/Seminars/workshops/webinars etc.
The Institute always provides support and encouragement for this. Lots of work was done on
promoting and facilitating the effective use of ICT in teaching and learning. The Institute is also
committed to improving communication skills and enhancing the personality of the students.
St. Paul Teachers’ Training College Birsinghpur conducted the following events: - Academic
Session 2024-25 (1st Dec. 2024 to 31stMay 2024 ) Campaign on on different theme ,
Extension Lecture on various topic ,workshop , Certificate / value added course for skill
development etc.
These of FDP/STC/Orientation/Induction/Extension Lecture/Co-curricular activities programme
were attended by our faculty and Students . This list contains events which were conducted
inside and outside the college.
